OUr commuity and your organization is important to us. Let us help you raise some funds while having fun. this opportunity is unique and has great potential to offer an option different from other fundraising opportunities.
here's how it works. you need to recruit several people from within your organization who are willing to work(think coaches, teachers, pastors, etc.). your volunteers sign up for jobs and shifts they would be willing to work. your guests make reservations. we open the restaurant on a sunday afternoon (we are normally closed)from 12pm-4pm, for you and your guests only. and then our "new" staff for the day waits tables, makes milkshakes, washes dishes and garnishes sandwiches. i know you already have a few people in mind that would make this a blast!

so how much money can you make? it depends. the more volunteers you gather, the fewer we provide, the less overhead we have to pay. You make more money. your wait staff will make tips. that's more money. the more seats you fill and feed, the more money you make.

what will our staff do that day? we will provide you with the basic training your volunteers need to fulfill their duties. we will handle all register transactions, work the grill and fryers and provide support to you. and don't worry, the menu is simplified tremendously to make this as easy as possible for you.

Here are some things your volunteers will need to know. all kitchen help must be at least 18 years old and must wear a hat. we will provide rubber gloves. all volunteers must sign a disclaimer form exempting the pickle nickel from any repercussions should injury occur. your staff must stay after we close for the afternoon to help clean up. this shouldnt take too long. all staff must arrive 30 minutes before their shifts so they can learn their jobs. everyone is required to have fun and make lots of money!
